I am delighted to announce that our Vedic Village layout plan has been unanimously approved by Forsyth County. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the planning board, judges, and our dedicated team.

“Vedic Village” – is our second project, located in Winston-Salem, NC. This expansive 215-acre property will offer 181 home lots, each measuring 0.25 acres. The remaining 150+ acres will be dedicated to lush fruit gardens, agriculture, and spacious pasture areas, creating an integrated life residential community for all living beings.

We embarked on a mission to bring eco-friendly communities to life, initiating projects in four different counties of North Carolina with the hope that at least one would embrace our integrated living concept. Our initial attempt faced rejection, the second project in a different county is still progressing with various challenges, and our third project in Guilford County received approval after a year of iterations. However, our most significant achievement came in Forsyth County, where our project received approval upon its first formal review.

Over the past two years, we underwent several informal reviews, making this approval a remarkable milestone in Sustaino’s vision. I would like to express my gratitude to Forsyth County’s planning department and the judges’ panel for their unwavering support and encouragement.
