Many purpose-driven companies began in garages and went on to achieve great success. I see the same potential in Sustaino. In a world where profit often takes precedence, Prakash and his dedicated team always place human and environmental well-being at the core of every decision.
As an early adopter, I’m thrilled to soon call Lot #3 at the Integrated Life Community my home. Investing at Integrated Life has been an exciting step towards the lifestyle I’ve always envisioned. The team has been fantastic in sharing their vision, and the idea of living in a community that brings together organic gardens, wellness activities, and sustainable living is exactly what I’ve been looking for, something I didn’t think was possible. Sustaino is creating communities that perfectly balance modern living with harmony in nature.
I’m thrilled to be part of this journey and look forward to a life filled with health, nature, and meaningful connections in a truly mindful community. I strongly recommend everyone to buy a lot and live happily. It is a golden opportunity for everyone to be involved in this kind of project.

Small communities that can self-sustain themselves have been humanity’s goal since the beginning of time. Sustaino is building that in this modern age in America for us.
Self-sustaining communities exist all over the world, but building one in the U.S. tailored for the Indian community is both rare and necessary. Sustaino embodies the essence of community living with features like chicken coops, local vegetable farming, voluntary participation in raising cows and goats, and preserving the natural environment. These elements, combined with home model flexibility and well-thought-out plans, make Integrated Life and Vedic Village truly unique.
As we plan for the later stages of life, having a community of like-minded individuals close by is important. While our parents and in-laws enjoy physical comforts and have us to take care of them in their 80’s and 90’s, they don’t have access to a community like this one. Sustaino offers the opportunity for us to be surrounded by like-minded individuals as we age.
For both of us, this is an investment in our retirement and a commitment to a greater vision. Building a house is challenging, but building a community is infinitely more complex. Yet, as they say, ‘If you build it, they will come.’ Sustaino’s vision and perseverance is unquestionable, and we are proud to be part of this great effort.

We were initially looking for a place to retire in India, seeking a lifestyle centered around the spiritual way of life, including Veda chanting and proximity to areas of worship. When we discovered that Sustaino Life offered a similar community in the U.S., allowing us to stay close to our children while embracing these values, we knew it was the perfect choice.
What impressed me most was how Prakash has not only learned but implemented Vedic knowledge in building a community in the U.S., while maintaining its core principles. This aligns deeply with how I strive to live my life in adherence to Vedic principles.
I’m excited about moving into a community that embodies the Satvic way of life and embraces a Vedic approach to living. It’s an ideal setting for my retirement, and I look forward to a future surrounded by like-minded individuals. The most surprising aspect has been Prakash’s dedication to upholding Vedic principles, a truly inspiring foundation for this community.
